Whenever i feel angry or sad or feel like my life is spiraling out of control, i cut my hair. It doesnt really look bad, but its getting shorter and shorter. Ill try to stop but its getting harder for some. Sometimes people tend to abstain from cutting their hair due to fear of what other people might say or how they mind end up judging or viewing the haircut.
I've impulsively cut my hair few times during breakdowns. But whenever i'm upset i have to urge only to grab some scissors or a knife chop it off. I don't cut or abuse drugs.
